Do you trust God?

As you ponder and worry about your circumstances, be encouraged today to TRUST the Lord.

If your heart and trust have been broken by others, your ability to trust may be difficult to develop.

If you can not trust yourself because of your past wrong choices, promises you broke, your lack of self-control, false starts or guilt, you may not feel worthy of God delivering you from your dilemmas.

All good relationships (personal and business) are stronger when there is trust.   People don’t usually trust someone unless they know them well.  It is difficult to really trust God if you really don’t know Him well.  If you don’t know His promises for your life then you will have little trust in Him to see you through any storms and valleys.  Who know well…you trust well.

To strengthen your relationship with God, it is critical you learn to know Him, study His word, His promises and trust His word. I know can be challenging to be still and trust God when you overwhelmed with stress. As you learn to TRUST God’s power, protection, provision and peace in your life, you will begin to ACT on His word because you TRUST His promises. As you grow nearer to the Lord, you will receive His remedy and response to your prayers.  No God…No peace. Know God…Know peace.

Let go of the worry, stress, guilt, shame and bad habits. If you trust your eyes, you won’t have trust in your infinite possibilities. Move forward step by step… by faith and not by sight.

“Those of steadfast mind you keep in peace–because they trust in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for in the Lord God you have an everlasting rock.” (Isaiah 26:3-4)

According to the Revised Standard Version Bible the word “Trust” is mentioned 147 times.

Old Testament – 134 times
New Testament – 13 times

It is taught mostly in the book of Psalms (44 times).

“The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.” (Psalm 9:9-10)

    1. Trust God, he knows what you have need of. I’m there right where you are. I need a new home too. Father in the Name of Jesus we come to your throne touching in agreeing that we need to see your hand in a mighty way for us. God I know that you can do all things but failed! Now God put us with the right lender, give us a good interest rate and let the seller pay all closing cost. Give us the house that you desire for us to have In Jesus Name Amen!
